Reform Crops and Animal Subsidies - FINAL.

Pg. 326-328

$35 billion was given to factory farms for cheap foods such as corn and soy. Which doesn't include paying off pollution such as animal wastes. Instead of giving money to the CAFOS for, more money should be given towards organic foods and pastures, as well as management-based conservation practices. The  CAFOS will be forced to clean up after themselves.

EQIP - Environmental Incentives Program - provide cost share and incentives programs for farmers in conservation practices.
